New clients from Dalata Hotel Group checked in to check out two Linney projects

Members of Dalata’s marketing team joined us on site to catch up with our work to build familiarity with its UK, Ireland and EU estate, current branding and guest journeys.

Members of Linney’s Local Marketing team had audited 52 hotels, including capturing almost 10,000 photographs, to document guest messaging, navigation and point of sale. This involved nine flights, four train journeys and two ferry trips covering seven countries and 4,841km.

Meanwhile, our Insight team used eye-tracking in four hotels with self-nominating guests to assess check-in and check-out, first impressions and use of facilities.

We shared findings with Linney’s Dalata guests, who also enjoyed a brand immersion session with Create experts focusing on tone of voice, imagery, strategy and menu building.

Create also hosted the first-ever Waves Live event for Phonak, a hearing aid provider and part of our client Sonova. Seventy delegates, including audiologists and marketing professionals, took part in a series of informative and thought-provoking sessions on improving clinical and product performance.

Insight’s colleagues from our Social and Performance team hosted a panel on marketing to over 55s, and Nick Linney spoke about success. The event was the result of a mammoth collaboration from colleagues across Create and received positive feedback from attendees.
