Linney welcomed a group of US packaging students to Linney as part of our ongoing relationship with Michigan State University

Accompanied by Keith Barnes, who has worked in the packaging industry
for more than 60 years and is former chairman of the Packaging Society, the students concluded a month-long tour of UK universities, museums and packaging facilities with a visit to us at Mansfield HQ.

During their visit, the students explored our Make and Create departments to gain understanding into our packaging design and insight process, printing techniques and more. We then ‘wrapped up’ with an influencer box presentation in the C1 studio and tour of our AutoStore and ecommerce operations.

“The students and lecturers were truly impressed by the breadth of what we do at Linney and really appreciated the warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout their visit,” says Alice Mayo. “Big thanks go to all that were involved – and we look forward to hosting the students again next year."
