Planting a better tomorrow
At Linney, we embrace the challenge of delivering a future that’s founded on environmental, social and financial sustainability.
Our aim is to delight and inspire our clients, while building a better business for future generations.
We do this by focusing on sustainable innovation, optimising the benefits of all we do while recognising and acting on the potential impact we have on the planet. We take the need to operate in this way very seriously, ensuring that our people and surrounding community are better off because of us.

Environment
We're proud to be a carbon neutral business.

We're attacking the climate crisis from all angles, offsetting our carbon emissions today — as well as investing in projects that will minimise future emissions.

We will proactively invest in the renewable technology types that best suit our business needs. To tackle unavoidable carbon emissions, we will support offsetting initiatives that resonate with our core values.
05
Our people
We’re committed to recruiting brilliant people who reflect the diverse society we live in – championing equal rights and equal opportunities. In return, we’re proud to provide a lively, collaborative atmosphere with annual appraisals and lots of scope for development.

We’re also passionate about helping to inspire future generations, investing in work experience placements and internships – with a strong focus on our local community.
06
Community
Local community is really important to us.

We’re passionate about enriching the lives of young people through work experience placements, mentoring and internships. We have longstanding links with local schools — as well as supporting community groups, charities and social enterprises.
07
Supply chain
We’re committed to promoting environmental, social and ethical excellence by forging partnerships with suppliers who share our values about people and the planet. Each partner adheres to our ethical suppliers' code of conduct, reflecting our values on sustainable procurement.

We look to insource as much as possible, giving us enhanced control and speed to market, while reducing our environmental impact – and helping our clients to do the same.

Regenerate
Regenerate is our homegrown mission to make waste wonderful with imaginative recycling and repurposing projects. Visit our Linney Regenerate shop.
We resell used equipment and surplus stock to raise funds for charities and community groups.
To function as a business, we regularly purchase and upgrade equipment, machinery, furniture and film props. We also recycle a variety of promotional products for our clients. Regenerate retrades these items through online marketplaces, charity raffles and other avenues – raising revenue for charity and releasing warehouse space.

We combine innovative processes and traditional craftsmanship to transform surplus materials into bespoke furniture, art and practical objects. It’s a circular approach to experimenting with waste products, where we use, recycle and reuse.

We advise and plan to help businesses – including our own – become more sustainable.
Our combined expertise helps us support our clients with research and development, workshop facilitation, ecological design, planet friendly materials, carbon reduction, and much more. We’re dedicated to supporting your commitment to sustainability and the environment.
