Black History Celebration

Linney partnered with the McDonald’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team to create an inspiring kick-off event for Black History Month at our client’s HQ in East Finchley.

The theme was Together in Power and Pride, symbolising working together to break down barriers and support the leaders and changemakers of the future.

A panel of external speakers was invited to McDonald’s offices, with steel band performers and authentic Afro-Caribbean food elevating the occasion. Everyone was invited to wear the Pan-African colours of red, gold, green and black.

This successful event demonstrated what happens when teams come together to celebrate and encourage a safe, respectful and inclusive culture.
