The  TRUYU brand has gone from humble beginnings to sell products globally through carefully forged distribution relationships and a unique position in the market. 

Understanding the brand’s audience through product insight

Our story with the TRUYU team started in 2020 when Linney’s insight expertise brought the voice of the customer into the brand launch activity. Our own conjoint testing methodology, combined with additional brand strategy and creativity, meant TRUYU could design and test packaging options to help them stand out on the shelves in major retailers. 

Automating the rebrand of product packaging

We used our automated artwork expertise to roll out more than 250 product packaging versions, with a variety of sizes and languages – a process that reduced what can be an expensive and time-consuming undertaking to a two-month project at a fraction of the cost. 

Ensuring brand continuity across marketing platforms

Linney has continued to provide services in photography, influencer box design, catalogue development, print, and creative strategy to support product launches. 

And our proudest achievement has been the work across our Performance and Social team. With a team of organic and paid managers, content creation, and strategic oversight, Linney has enabled TRUYU to build a following across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, creating incredible brand awareness and engagement. 

Social content curation has allowed global marketing and PR teams to ramp up quickly, provided a shop window to the brand for prospective distributors, supported the business case for further website development, and opened up direct-to-consumer opportunities. 

Other Linney services, including events, ecommerce, storage, fulfillment, and social influencer services, are all options for the future.
