Is high street banking dead? Coventry Building Society (CBS) doesn’t think so. While its rivals scale back their presence in many communities, Coventry Building Society is embarking on a masterplan to bring the world of modern banking to its branches. Linney has been helping to make this happen with its full-service marketing proposition, featuring clever creative and a digital screen roll-out.
Full-service digital screens management
In collaboration with Linney, CBS rolled digital screens out to all of its redesigned branches. Our teams have been providing consultancy throughout the project to help design the best solution. We’re also supporting the brand with insight to ensure the screens have maximum impact, as well as supply of both hardware and software. We’re also taking care of screens installation, plus ongoing maintenance through our dedicated Customer Response Centre.
Right content, right place, right time
Our screens now appear in CBS venues across the UK, helping to modernise and improve the customer journey in-branch. Different screens serve different purposes, featuring key information ranging from live product rates and comparisons, to regulatory and brand messages.
