Bringing the outdoors in
We’ve seen an explosion in popularity for gardening and DIY over the last few months. In an increasingly competitive marketplace, Sherwin-Williams wanted its well-established Ronseal range of products to stand out among the competition.
Vibrant POS design
The Linney 3D team set to work on designing bespoke, eye-catching POS for Ronseal displays in 300 B&Q stores across the UK.
Strategic in-store placement
We created vibrant 3D garden scenes, designed to bring the product on shelf to life. Against a backdrop of a typical suburban garden, customers were able to see colour swatches made of individual pieces of fence – showing exactly how the wood stain would look in a real-life application.
in-store – and out
By bringing the scene to life, we were able to bridge the gap in the customer’s mind between pots on a shelf and a solution they could imagine using in their own gardens. The ultimate aim of the POS was to motivate people to make the most of their gardens, giving them inspiration to go out and turn their vision in to reality.
“This POS project went above and beyond anything we’d done in-store before, aiding the consumers’ journey - through navigation, inspiration and education, using eye-catching visuals and clear information.”
