Recognising Post Office People

Linney helped this well-known brand celebrate their staff in style with an unforgettable awards evening.

The challenge

To celebrate their staff and recognise their efforts, Post Office wanted to launch a new annual internal event – the Post Office People’s Awards. As this was a completely new event, they were looking for a trusted partner to completely handle the event from end-to-end: from the initial brand identity, all the way through to live event production delivery on the night. They needed the event to impress and inspire.

The idea

We proposed a unique brand identity for the awards and worked on all of the graphic design and branding initiatives – from invites to signage, and everything in-between. As part of the production of the awards, we came up with the concepts for the entertainment. And, as a key feature and talking point, we hired actors who brought the space to life before the dinner began with a theatrical performance. For technical production on the evening of the awards, we had an expert team including a production director, event producers, a film producer, camera operators, audio visual and lighting technicians, an editor and production support.

The result

The evening went seamlessly, with excellent feedback from guests and the event’s senior stakeholders.
