The challenge

Linney’s worked with The Royal British Legion (TRBL) for over three years, delivering systems and methods to help improve marketing agility, campaign accuracy and cost efficiency for our client. Following this, we’ve just signed another contract with TRBL – extending our partnership until at least 2018.

  • Dedicated fulfilment area to manage TRBL’s Poppy Appeal each year
  • 48,000 TRBL calls taken in our Customer Response Centre over a 12-month period (peaking at 7,000+ calls taken in one week)

  • Automated returns process, including data capture to reduce postage costs
