Leading US bakery chain requests Linney’s insight expertise as it makes a long-awaited return to the UK market.
American baked goods brand Cinnabon wanted help creating its digital menu board content and customer journey as it began rolling out new UK stores.
We conducted an eye-tracking experiment to understand how Cinnabon customers are engaging with its menus. The results of our work included a faster order process, increased browse times and great uptake in sales.
Linney attended the opening of Cinnabon’s first UK store, in Blackburn, to be greeted by positive feedback.
Cinnabon’s brand manager said: “Working with Linney was an absolute pleasure. The guys did such a great job, using their years of experience. The menu boards and graphics are clear, eye-catching and easy to understand. The psychology is most impressive.”
