Job description

Are you someone who can bring drive, organisation and enthusiasm to an established digital marketing team that brings campaigns to life?

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, proactive and adaptable individual that’s great at relationship building and working with people across all levels. You will manage the delivery of long-term digital projects and fast-moving marketing briefs – including design, artwork and go-live – from start to finish, helping to deliver best-in-class service across the client’s estate.

Confident and professional at all times, you’ll be passionate about solving problems to help our client grow, and you’ll have the ability to handle campaigns and deadlines while remaining within budget.

Essential skills

As a Linney account manager, you’ll need:

  • A customer-first approach, exhibiting outstanding personal skills and an ability to foster brilliant working relationships with clients and problem-solve
  • Superb communication skills and the ability to be flexible when working collaboratively across teams and timelines, as well as in terms of working hours
  • A natural ability to direct and lead others whilst managing all aspects of the digital production process
  • Familiarity with managing CMS, website design and builds from start to finish
  • Excellent computer skills and the ability to manage confidential client data, as well as CPAs and KPIs
  • Ensure briefs are created and delivered to our production teams accurately and swiftly
  • To embrace our day-to-day systems and processes, ensuring they are adhered to

You’ll already be:

  • Self-motivated, calm and inquisitive – with an ability to work under pressure and in strict organisational timescales
  • A strong team player, strategic thinker and communicator with a ‘can do’ attitude

Desirable experience

  • Working across multiple locations handling the varying needs of different clients
  • Mobile-first design and digital screen output, with the ability to wireframe a prototype
  • An understanding of the importance of compliance to standards and policies
  • Delivering digital marketing campaigns from concept to creation
