Job description

With our continued growth and ongoing relationships with many ambitious brands, we need to not only produce exceptional creative work but to consult more so with our clients at a strategic and influential level. We’re looking for help in providing just that here at Linney Create.

Essential skills

You’ll have extensive experience in liaising with clients and agency colleagues alike, interpreting business challenges and dilemmas into plans and solutions. You’ll know how to develop strategies that work in all today’s channels, from traditional media to digital, moving image and social. You’ll demonstrate strong credentials in brand building and a wide gamut of influences to keep your creativity and thinking sharp.

You’ll be happy to work alongside our Account Directors and a wide variety of creative colleagues in this challenging, exciting role.

Desirable skills

You may currently be performing in a hands-on creative or art direction role, or may you be client-side with a background in brand planning – either way, you’re both motivated and inspiring in what you do, happy pitching and presenting at a stakeholder level and take great pride in your work.
