Job description

Are you an administrator looking for a varied role supporting colleagues in an exciting, fast-paced marketing business?

Linney is recruiting for an administrator to join its business support and reception team.

You’ll support our project managers and account managers while contributing to other areas of the business when required.

The role includes:

  • Managing travel, accommodation and training course bookings
  • Booking and managing other appointments and events.
  • Maintain meeting rooms and arrange hospitality for visitors – often acting as the friendly first point of Linney contact when our clients and other guests arrive at reception.

Essential skills

You’ll be a great organiser and multi-tasker who’s confident in Microsoft software such as Word, Excel and Outlook.

Desirable skills

Experience in a similar role. You’ll benefit from training focused on managing quotes and raising purchase orders.
