Job description

We are looking for an account manager to join our established team managing in-store printed marketing campaigns for our client. Working alongside our client’s Marketing team, you will have excellent presentation and communication skills. We are looking for someone who prides themselves on delivering consistently high levels of customer service and whose skills will complement those of our existing team.

You will be happy working in a fast-paced environment and will have excellent organisational skills, be able to work efficiently and accurately and remain calm under pressure. Our Account managers support the end-to-end marketing and production process, from the creation of the brief to distribution and in-store support. The role will be very hands on, requiring you to create and manage many different elements of our client’s POS requirements. 

Essential skills

The successful candidate will embrace our management information systems, quickly becoming competent and familiar with our processes to support the transfer of information from the client to our head office production facilities in Mansfield, and vice versa. Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications is important.

A full driving licence would be beneficial as the role will require visits to our head office in Mansfield and support to our client with store visits. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8.30 am–5.30 pm, and on occasion, flexibility will be required. The role is office-based in Nottingham, with flexible home working to be discussed. 

Desirable skills

An understanding of the print production process would be advantageous, to enable the Account manager to offer a consultative service at the point of initial discussion with the client. Technical support will be provided as needed.
