Job description

We are looking for an experienced and accomplished Account Manager to join our established team managing our client’s POS campaigns in print and digital formats.

Essential skills

Working with our client's marketing team you will need excellent presentation and communication skills, and to pride yourself on delivering consistently high levels of customer service and complement our existing team.

You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have great organisational skills, work efficiently and accurately and remain calm under pressure. You will be very hands-on, managing many different elements of our client’s requirements, using our management information systems, quickly embracing our processes to support the transfer of information from the client to our production facilities in Mansfield, and vice versa.

A good working knowledge of Microsoft applications is important, as is a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end marketing and production process, from campaign brief creation to distribution.

Desirable skills

While detailed technical support will be provided from our production facility, a good understanding of the print process, including litho and digital, would be very advantageous in helping to provide a valued and consultative service for our client. This full-time role will see you visit our head office in Nottinghamshire regularly, our client’s Surrey-based head office at least twice a week, and our client’s retail estate nationally as needed – so would ideally suit a flexible person, based in Surrey or London, with good access to transport networks.
