Linney seeks a Senior Designer to join one of our on-site studio teams based at a client’s Manchester offices. The client is a leading high street retailer with a broad portfolio of marketing campaign work, which will be produced by our on-site team, across print, POS, digital and social media platforms.
The Senior Designer’s role will be to bring to life our client’s briefs by delivering brand consistency and creative excellence from initial concept through to production and final output across print and digital channels and assets. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role working alongside our clients and Linney colleagues within the on-site team. You’ll need to have an eye for detail with the ability to think and act quickly and strategically. You’ll have great print and digital knowledge and in-depth understanding of consumer retail and internal client marketing campaign communications. Culture fit is key. You’ll need to be a team player who also works well with minimal supervision. You’ll have the ability to remain calm under pressure, be confident and able to communicate well in a client environment while delivering excellent customer service. You’ll be adept at producing high quality work on time, on brief and within budget as well as ensuring quality and brand consistency.
We’d expect the ideal candidate to have at least 5 years’ experience, preferably within a fast-paced agency environment, with extensive knowledge of the full Adobe Suite across print, digital and social media channels and outputs, including short film and animation.
