We are looking for someone who has a successful track record in leading digital teams working in our creative marketing agency, as a digital evangelist we would like you to champion the use of digital technology and practices to engender a digital mindset into the business and our clients.
As the Head of Digital, you will be responsible for leading our digital team and will have opportunity to work with our leadership team to build our ability and capacity to broaden our impact through digital delivery.
This is a people-based role so you will be a visible leader and an excellent communicator and people manager, who can support and develop our growing team.
We envisage you leading resource and people planning, management of work through our studios, reporting and coordination of projects on a daily basis.
We provide end-to-end digital projects, and we need to ensure best practices and processes across the digital team for the consistent delivery of projects creating great products that are on time and in great shape.
There is an element working with our Commercial Manager to oversee the financial aspects of team including estimating, freelance support, purchasing, budgeting and budget reviews.
We always want to improve so an ability to research solutions and make recommendations for the improvement of systems and infrastructures will help and that will drive our delivery to a common plan and purpose.
You should also be able to have an excellent interpersonal and communication skills dealing with everyone in the business and have the ability to listen to the needs and requirements of various stakeholders and be able to effectively verbalise your own ideas. Based at our Mansfield office this role requires a constant presence in our office.
