Digital Sales Executive

Our ever-expanding web and digital team is looking for a new Sales Leader.

We are on the hunt for an experienced, target driven, well-spoken sales person looking to work with a world class web and digital team. You should be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of what’s capable through an integrated digital strategy, the art of the possible and innovation, as well as what our team can deliver and push the envelope on today.

Based in the East Midlands you’ll work closely working with our team of Account Directors, identifying new opportunities with existing clients, as well as play a strategic role in finding and approaching new prospects. We’ll set you up with the tools you need and we’ll expect you to hit the ground running.

Your strength should be in building long term relationships with new contacts through a naturally engaging manner across multiple stakeholders. Also, we know that to be successful in this role you’ll need unequivocal buy in from your colleagues, so that same manner needs to translate to the people you’ll be working with. By getting to know the team you’ll take a lead in accurate proposal and pitch writing as well as time and cost estimations.

Day to day you’ll be involved in a varied and wide range of tasks. We work in a fast-paced environment which means scope, deliverables and requirements will often change quickly. Your ability to understand, quickly react and motivate others to adapt and deliver will be critical.

With a ‘digital first’ mindset, you’ll be highly experienced, target driven, presentable sales person. Our approach is empathetic, jargon-free and consultative – yours should be too.

  • An extensive portfolio of demonstrable digital sales experience and commercial record

  • Establish and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Motivate client teams internally and externally
  • Focus on quality output, deliverables and added value
  • Experience of CRM tools and HubSpot
