We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join the team to steer our client’s digital loyalty communications, out of store and digital asset requirements across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
We require someone with excellent presentation and communication skills, someone who prides themselves in delivering consistently high levels of customer service and who will complement our existing team. You will be working shoulder to shoulder with our client’s marketing teams in a fast-paced environment, so you will need excellent digital marketing expertise, strong organisational skills, be able to work efficiently and accurately and remain calm under pressure.
We are looking for an accomplished Account Manager who has experience and who knows how to deliver creative and inspiring consumer-focused communications from brief through to distribution. You will need an appetite to discover and use all the latest digital tools and strategies, to support our client’s growth. As such the role will be very hands on, requiring you to create and manage different elements of our client’s digital strategy across multiple markets.
The successful candidate will have the creative licence to produce and brief their content requirements in line with our client’s needs. While either working with the on-site studio or with our design teams in Mansfield, this role requires a creative and disciplined individual, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
