Customer Response Centre (French and German speaking)

We are looking for a tri-lingual (French and German) speaking operator to work within our Customer Response Centre.

There are some essential requirements for this role that candidates will need to be able to demonstrate to us. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, the ability to follow procedure and provide technical support, to meet deadlines and to exceed our customers’ expectations.

It is vital that you are a team player whilst also being able to work under your own initiative.

We are looking for candidates who remain calm under pressure, flexible to peaks in workload, logically minded and who can support additional out of hours cover when required.
