Client Services Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Client Services Director to join our fast-growing business and help deliver legendary customer service to our clients.

You’ll need an impressive track record in marketing communications, proven leadership skills and a real desire to exceed expectations. Experience in a similar role as part of a senior leadership team would be advantageous.

You may already be working as a Client Services Director or department leader or you may be ready to make the step up. Either way, you’ll be fully capable of directing the development of existing customer relationships across multiple geographies.

A natural leader, you’ll work closely with and inspire your teams, ensuring end-to-end project completion, be accountable for the overall service delivery, be process orientated, highly organised and have an eye for detail. You will work with our systems, technology and data as well as having full ownership of the commercial details.

You’ll be able to evaluate and help shape proposals with complete confidence, create new opportunities with your clients, and explore ways to help grow their and our business. You’ll be an effective negotiator, problem-solver and strategic thinker. It is imperative that you are a confident and passionate person.

You will confidently manage challenges as the senior point of escalation. You will recommend achievable solutions and be focused on continuous improvement. We are searching for a highly motivated, adaptable and proactive individual who will bring drive and enthusiasm to this role.
