Account Manager (Retail) Central London

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to work within our established team managing our clients printed marketing campaigns.

Working shoulder-to-shoulder with our clients Marketing Team we require someone with excellent presentation and communication skills, someone who prides themselves in delivering consistently high levels of customer service and will complement our existing team. Working in a fast paced environment you will need excellent organisational skills, be able to work efficiently and accurately and remain calm under pressure. A good working knowledge of Microsoft applications is important.

We are looking for an accomplished Account Manager, with a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end marketing and production process, from creation of the brief through to distribution. As such the role will be very hands on, requiring you to create and manage many different elements of our client’s requirements. The successful candidate will embrace our management information systems, quickly becoming competent with our processes to support the transfer of information from client to our head office production facilities in Mansfield, and vice versa.

Whilst detailed technical support will be provided from our production facility a good technical understanding of the print production process, including litho and digital production, would be very advantageous in helping to provide a valued and consultative service at the point of initial discussion.

You will be required to visit our head office in Mansfield regularly. This is a full time role, Monday to Friday, 8.30am–5.30pm, based in Central London.
