Account Manager – East Finchley

We are looking for a full-time Account Manager to work within our on-site team in East Finchley where you will assist in managing our client’s outsourced Design and Print Department.

Previous experience of a similar role will be advantageous but not vital, more important is a desire and ability to build and maintain client confidence where excellent customer service and presentation skills are essential.

We are looking for a good team player, who is also confident to use their own initiative.

Working in a fast paced environment you must have the capability to be flexible to peaks in workload whilst working efficiently and maintaining high degrees of accuracy in a calm manner.

The successful candidate will embrace our management information systems quickly, becoming competent with our processes to support the transfer of information from client to production and vice versa.

Excellent organisational skills, commercial acumen and a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications are important.
