We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our established team based with our client in North London.
The role will primarily focus on managing and working with our client’s digital assets; however, the successful candidate will also display a capacity and interest in developing their role and taking on new areas of responsibility within our digital and IT workstreams.
We require someone with excellent presentation and communication skills, who prides themselves in delivering consistently high levels of customer service and who will complement our existing team. The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment, and will need excellent organisational skills, be able to work efficiently and accurately and remain calm under pressure.
We are looking for an Account Manager who has an appreciation of the end-to-end marketing and digital production processes, from creation of the brief through to distribution. The successful candidate will embrace our management information systems, quickly becoming competent with our processes to support the transfer of information from the client to our head office facilities in Mansfield, and vice versa.
We are seeking a candidate with a keen eye for detail and who would be comfortable in following a highly organised, process-driven approach, without losing sight of the need to be innovative, and who can drive change where required.
Full technical support will be provided from our digital teams; however, an understanding of the workflow and management of digital assets would be advantageous in helping to provide a consultative service for the client at the point of initial contact. You will be required to visit our head office based in Mansfield regularly.
