Account Executive (Hammersmith)

We are looking for an energetic and driven Account Executive to work within our established onsite team, managing our client’s requirements in a fast paced Retail environment.

The ideal candidate will be eager to deliver consistently high levels of customer service, complementing our existing team. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will need excellent organisational and communication skills, be able to work efficiently and accurately and remain calm under pressure. A good working knowledge of Microsoft applications is important.

The role will be very hands-on, requiring you to create and manage many different elements of our client’s requirements autonomously, whilst also being a strong team player.

The successful candidate will embrace our management information systems, becoming competent with our processes to support the transfer of information from client to our head office production facilities in Mansfield, and vice versa.

While detailed technical support will be provided from our production facility, a basic technical understanding of the print production process, including litho and digital production, would be advantageous.

This is a full time role, Monday to Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm), based in central London. You will also be required to visit our head office in Mansfield regularly.
