Account Administrator

Based at Linney in Mansfield you will be dealing with internal and external customers, and our suppliers.

Your primary role will be managing PoS briefs, working with our artwork team who create bespoke artwork, through to the control of production and delivery.

In addition to the above, you will also be required to provide support to the rest of the team.

Our client demands and receives excellent customer service from us. The relationship is really important and it is vital that your presence in the team helps us develop this even further.

The role requires a strong administrator, with good project management skills, who is prepared to take ownership of the process and associated issues. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast paced environment whilst being able to remain calm under pressure.

The ability to demonstrate an appropriate level of questioning to ensure processes are followed is a must.

Knowledge of Microsoft systems is important, whilst not essential as training can be given. Any combination of working in a print or a print related business, knowledge of PoS, working in a customer service and administration environment or retail would be advantageous.
