Project Manager

Due to business growth, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join and strengthen our current team. You may currently be working client side or agency side at the moment, but that doesn’t matter, we need someone who can deal with complex fast moving marketing initiatives in both the traditional areas of graphic design, and more importantly in the digital world.

A natural ability to direct and lead others to ensure end to end project delivery, whilst managing all aspects of the production process will be imperative. You’ll have experience of working with people; that means briefing, estimating and efficiently managing internal and external studio and production resources.

Common sense, balanced with vision and initiative will help when working with brand, design and marketing; that, combined with excellent communication skills, will allow you to operate at all levels.

So in summary, what’s the role? Put simply, you’ll be dealing with our clients and the teams here to ultimately ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget! How? By efficient client production processes, strong commercial understanding and an appreciation of how we can help our clients bring their brands to market, through the most appropriate and cost-efficient client marketing channels.

Multimedia and 3D Designer

Linney Design is currently expanding with its blue chip client base and requires a Multimedia Designer.

We’re looking for someone with the ability to be adaptable to market trends and flexible in their work-types and methods and most of all, be highly skilled in key programs, including:

High end retoucher and artwork expert

We are currently looking for a world class image guru to join our busy studio team.

You will be proficient in PhotoShop and all aspects of retouching are vital to this role. You will be working on a mixed client mix in the FMCG sector on challenging briefs in a fast moving environment, so technique and broadness of skills are crucial to succeed. An ability to be excellent with colour management, colour for print and digital is important, as well as getting on with the regular duties of artwork and repro checking, in order to ensure our production is up to world-class standards.

Senior Digital Creative

Working with some of the largest brands in the UK requires not only designing to the highest standard but also advising and consulting at a senior client level. So we expect our creative team members to provide not only great design and direction but to also take that work directly to our clients – liaising, consulting and advising best practice in all matters online and digital.

If this sounds like a role you currently undertake or one that you aspire to, then we’d like to hear from you. You may perform in a digital creative role currently and be looking for more challenge and client-exposure, or you may already be at a consultative, client-facing level. You’re likely to have a strong and extensive background in design for web and/or multimedia. Web/Flash Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative digital designer to join our team and work on a wide range of exciting and high-profile ‘household name’ accounts. Experience of Agile, ASP.net (C#), MS SQL would be an advantage but not essential for this position.

Digital Artworker

We have an exciting opportunity for the right person to join the Linney Print as a digital artworker/graphic designer working primarily for one of our prestigious high street retail clients.

This challenging role requires the successful candidate to design bespoke artwork using Adobe Creative Suite on an Apple Mac workstation, work to tight deadlines, quickly and accurately, and ensure brand consistency throughout all marketing material.

You will work within a small team based at the main office in Mansfield, but your role may include cover for our employee based in the North London area during busy periods.

As part of the recruitment process you will be asked to demonstrate your skills through a practical test.

Account Executive/Administrator

Account Executive/Administrator

We are looking for a new Project Manager to work within a busy team project managing POS campaigns and dealing with our internal clients for a well known high street retailer.

Working within the Linney Group and our clients' Management Information Systems, you will be responsible for processing, administrating, and expediting projects and campaigns for our customers using Linney Group companies and our outwork partners.

Some of the skills required are general project management skills, excellent communication skills, commercial acumen, analytical thinking, problem solving, accuracy and attention to detail. Knowledge of Microsoft systems is also important. Previous – ideally recent – POS campaign processing for a high street retailer would be preferable.

There are some essential requirements for this role that candidates will need to be able to demonstrate to us. We are looking for excellent customer service skills, the ability to follow procedure, to meet deadlines and to exceed our clients’ expectations. It is vital that you are a team player whilst also being able to work under your own initiative. We are looking for candidates who remain calm under pressure and who are flexible to peaks in workload.

We are looking for a new Account Executive to work within a busy team processing B1 lithographic, large format digital, and flexographic print work through our production facilities.

Working within the Linney Group and our clients’ Management Information Systems, you will be responsible for processing, administrating, and expediting jobs, projects, and/or campaigns for our customers using Linney Group company’s facilities and our outwork partners.

Some of the skills required are general project management skills, print order processing, excellent communication skills, commercial acumen, analytical thinking, problem solving, accuracy and attention to detail.

Knowledge of basic (ideally intermediate) Microsoft Office applications is also important.

Previous recent and relevant job experience is preferable.

There are some essential requirements for this role that candidates will need to be able to demonstrate to us. We have an exciting opportunity for the right person to join the Linney Group as an Account Manager working with many of our well known high street and branded clients.

The Project Management role we’re looking to fill at Linney Connect is on the print management side of the business.

In the past, some successful Project Managers have moved into an increasing client focused role, generally working directly with the customer at our customer's head offices, often in the Greater London area.
