Halloween screens for Wilko
Engaging customers with a seasonal takeover featuring 3D displays and spooky-themed screen content
We’ve created a selection of Halloween-themed animations in the next stage of our digital screens trial for Wilko at its intu Lakeside store.
Our team took Wilko’s hand-drawn Halloween-themed assets, animating them to create product and offer-based animations for in-built screens for 3D window displays and for larger screens behind the till.
Early Halloween sales look positive for this new store format as the screen content catches the eyes of prospective customers.
Using our audience measurement platform to collect real-time attention analytics, we analysed engagement from people passing by store. The results reveal that over three million people have come into proximity with the windows – and the digital screens have converted audience gaze almost three times more than standard printed signage.
In other news, Wilko won Best Newcomer and Specialist Retailer at the intu Lakeside awards (voted by customers).
Linney created a bespoke animation to thank the customers who participated in the voting process, which went live within one working day of the awards taking place.
